There are financial matters, physical restrictions, and the worry of a safe delivery to consider.

Slow cookers, simple ingredients, common spices, and a bunch of zip lock bags are among the things for healthy freezer meals to make before your due date.

Here are some recipes I found that you may want to make before baby arrives, for easy meals while taking care of your newborn baby.

Quinoa Red Bean Chili

This heart-healthy meal is especially nice because it is full of plant-based protein that will enhance the supply of your breastmilk supply.

It will also help with energy, and you will be needing tons of that once baby is here.

Ingredients:

· One tablespoon of oil

· One half cup of diced onion

· One medium green bell pepper, cored, seeded, and diced

· Two cloves of garlic

· Two teaspoons of chili powder

It only requires medium-low heat in the slow cooker until warm.

· Five pounds of roast

· Two tablespoons canola oil

· Two medium yellow onions chopped

· One can tomato paste

· Two cups beef broth and peas

· Three tablespoons of soy sauce

· Two bay leaves

· One pound of peeled carrots and red potatoes

Protein pancakes are delicious, full of protein, and can be kept in the freezer between two to three months.

Buttermilk syrup is the perfect topping after being prepared on a griddle at medium heat.

Ingredients:

· One cup of oats

· One banana

· Two eggs

· One half cup egg whites

· Four teaspoons baking powder

· Salt pinch

· One scoop protein powder

· Two tablespoons of flax meal
