Being a new or expectant mom can cause a lot of stress.
Today I am going to give you some pre-baby freezer meal recipes and ideas you can make before the baby arrives.
There are financial matters, physical restrictions, and the worry of a safe delivery to consider.
One thing that shouldn’t be an issue is what you’ll be eating and how hard it will be to prepare.

Slow cookers, simple ingredients, common spices, and a bunch of zip lock bags are among the things for healthy freezer meals to make before your due date.
Here are some recipes I found that you may want to make before baby arrives, for easy meals while taking care of your newborn baby.
Quinoa Red Bean Chili
This heart-healthy meal is especially nice because it is full of plant-based protein that will enhance the supply of your breastmilk supply.
It will also help with energy, and you will be needing tons of that once baby is here.
· One tablespoon of oil
· One half cup of diced onion
· One medium green bell pepper, cored, seeded, and diced
· Two cloves of garlic
· Two teaspoons of chili powder
· One teaspoon cumin, oregano, salt
· One fourth teaspoon of cinnamon
· Pinch of Cayan pepper
· One cup of quinoa
· Three cans of kidney beans and tomato sauce
· Three to four cups of chicken or vegetable broth

On a stressful day, nothing warms and soothes a pregnant mother with this comfort dish. Full of protein and vitamins, this stew can also last two to three months in a freezer.
It only requires medium-low heat in the slow cooker until warm.
· Five pounds of roast
· Salt and pepper
· Two tablespoons canola oil
· Two medium yellow onions chopped
· One can tomato paste
· Two cups beef broth and peas
· Three tablespoons of soy sauce
· Two bay leaves
· One pound of peeled carrots and red potatoes
· One teaspoon thyme
Baked Chicken Meatballs
Meatballs are healthy and go with spaghetti, sandwiches, or aside. T
These are to be baked traditionally at four hundred degrees up to thirty minutes and can last in the freezer for up to three months.

· One-half cup of breadcrumbs and Parmesan
· Two tablespoons of olive oil
· One-half teaspoon of salt, garlic powder, and onion powder
· A little black pepper to taste
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so this meal is definitely one to add to the list.
Protein pancakes are delicious, full of protein, and can be kept in the freezer between two to three months.
Buttermilk syrup is the perfect topping after being prepared on a griddle at medium heat.

· Two eggs
· One half cup egg whites
