During pregnancy, energy-boosting smoothies are a great resource for getting nutrients and vitamins in your body that you need to keep going every day.
Here are the amazing smoothie recipes…
1. Fiber-Rich Smoothie
Fiber is important for you as a pregnant woman for constipation.
So this fiber smoothie helps to regulate your bowels. Getting the junk out to help your body regain energy.
Ingredients:
- Frozen banana 1
- Kiwi fruit 1 unpeeled
- Raspberries 1/2 cup
- Chia seed 1/2 tb spoon
- Water 1/2 cup blend all the ingredients well and enjoy it.
This smoothie contains the energy of 829kj per serving.
2. Protein Smoothie
This smoothie is rich with nuts that give necessary proteins, fiber and other vitamins with one glass.
Ingredients:
- Frozen banana 1/2
- Avocado 1/2
- Ground Walnuts 2 tb spoon
- Almond butter 2 tb spoon
- Ground flax 2 tb spoon
- Almond milk 8 ounces
Blend all the ingredients well and drink to benefit from multiple nutrition in one serving!

This is one of the best smoothies you can consume during pregnancy which has tons of nutrition.

Ingredients:
- Organic banana 1
- Organic frozen berries 1 1/2 cup
- Organic greens 1 cup
- Organic virgin coconut oil 2 tb spoon
- Organic Flaxseed 2 tb spoon
- Unsweetened vanilla almond milk 8 ounces
Blend all the ingredients until it becomes smooth. If you do not like the vanilla flavor, you can change it to a different flavor.
4. Iron Smoothie

Ingredients:
- Organic apple juice 1 cup
- Kale leaves 2 large
- Baby spinach 2 cups
- Chopped pineapples 1/3 cup
- Lime 1/4 (small)
- Frozen banana 1/2
- Chia seeds 1 tsp
Blend all the ingredients well and it contains 754kj of energy per serving.
5. Green Smoothie
This smoothie is rich with many green fruits and vegetables that are significant during the pregnancy period.
Especially, ginger helps morning sickness which is very common in pregnancy.
Ingredients:
- Coconut milk 1 1/4 cups
- Frozen green grapes 1 cup
- Chopped cucumber 3/4 cup
- Ripped avocado 1/2
- Baby spinach 1/2 cup
- Peeled ginger 1/4 tsp
- Agave nectar to taste
Blend well.
